Yoga, Cacao & Authentic Relating Games

Hi there, I am a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner with a passion for sharing the gifts of yoga, meditation, and authentic relating that have been shared with me. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade, and have deepened my understanding of the practice through my own personal exploration and growth. My approach to teaching is infused with poetry, play, and curiosity. I currently teach at the YMCA in Oakland and founded Yoga Española, teaching yoga at schools in Spanish.

Whether indoors or outside, this event is designed to inspire growth, connection, and self-discovery.

Authentic Relating is an interactive experience that fosters authenticity, empathy, compassion and effective communication through a variety of games and exercises. It provides a safe space to be fully yourself and connect with others on a deeper level.
