Immerse yourself in a unique, rejuvenating experience that combines yoga, ceremonial cacao, and authentic relating games. This event provides a safe and playful container to connect with oneself and others. Practice yoga, participate in a cacao ritual and engage in interactive games to deepen your connection to yourself and others. Whether indoors or outside, this event is designed to inspire growth, connection, and self-discovery.Authentic Relating is an interactive experience that fosters authenticity, empathy, compassion and effective communication through a variety of games and exercises. It provides a safe space to be fully yourself and connect with others on a deeper level.
I am a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner with a passion for sharing the gifts of yoga, meditation, and authentic relating that have been shared with me. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade, and have deepened my understanding of the practice through my own personal exploration and growth. My approach to teaching is infused with poetry, play, and curiosity. I currently teach at the YMCA in Oakland and founded Yoga Española, teaching yoga at schools in Spanish.

10-11:15am Hatha yoga taught by Jimmy
11:15-11:45am Cacao and light snacks will be provided
11:45-1pm Authentic Relating Games (Theme: Gratitude)
What to bring:
-yoga mat
-mug or cup for cacao
Suggested Donation: $20-$40. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
