Enjoy an evening of slow flow yoga by candlelight inspired by the changing zodiac, moon, eclipse's. Each month I will honor the changing zodiac with a class and discussion. We will have a themed meditation and after we will move to a yoga flow designed around our meditation. At the end during savasanna I will play the singing bowls to help ease away any lingering stress from the day.
Class Cost : $15
No experience necessary. All levels and all body types accessible yoga.
Space will be limited to 10 people.
