I’m planning our flow for all levels! We will start with poses for beginners, and I’ll add optional variations as we go. My intention, like we say in yoga, is for you to have a fun and relaxing day in the sun. L’Auberge has created a health focused menu with cocktails and mock tails. The class is $30 and includes a complimentary pool pass, so don’t forget to bring your swimsuit to change into! I have a list for those of you who have already RSVP’d and paid.
We’ll meet on the turf near the lazy river!
Park in the public parking lot or parking garage. You’ll walk through the casino and exit near Johnny Sanchez. Check in at the hut near the exit.
Cross right over the bridge to the turf that’s in the middle of the lazy river.
