Join Marissa Walch at Whitehall Mill in Hampden for Yoga by the Falls + a SOUND BATH with Bri Alexander Wellness - a Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner who is on a mission to empower the community through sound meditation, energy work, and movement. She offers different forms of sound healing and is trained in various modalities including mindfulness meditation, Yin yoga, Reiki, and somatic movement. Class will run from from 6-7:15pm on Thursday in the Penguin Room which is a beautiful event space available for booking all kinds of events.
Thursday April 24th - Your yoga practice will run from 6-6:45pm and then your Sound Bath will start and run from 6:45-7:15pm. Following class you are welcome to head to True Chesapeake after class to eat dinner or a drink, but our ticket for class tonight includes yoga yoga practice + sound bath.
