Yoga Budz Extra Special

Sunday, April 19th from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Steel Goat Marketplace

Join us for an extra special Yoga Budz experience the evening before 420 with a cozy, elevated class designed to help you unwind, connect, and fully settle into your body.

This session will be gentle, grounding, and yin-inspired, with longer held stretches, breathwork, and sound integration to support deep nervous system relaxation.

This is more than a class — it’s a community-centered experience to help break stigma and practice with others.

✨ Class Flow: (from 4-5pm)
• grounding breathwork
• guided body scan + heart-centered awareness
• slow yin-style yoga with longer holds
• sound integration for deep rest

🌿 Special Guest Pop-Up: Circus Cannabis Company
They will be set up during class and will remain for a private shopping hour after the session.
