Treat yourself to a morning of relaxing and uplifting yoga followed by a delicious brunch.
We will be moving through some gentle yoga sequences intended to strengthen and stretch our bodies and calm our minds. All are welcome and each sequence can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
Following our 60 min class, we will enjoy a delicious brunch prepared by the chef at Vine and Tap. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio or eat inside the restaurant.
Cost is $15 per person for the yoga class and brunch options are additional. We ask that your pre-register for class via Venmo @ Nora-Doebrich or by reaching out to Nora at [email protected].
You are welcome to bring your own mat and props and we will also have mats and props for anyone who needs these.
Class will be led by Nora Doebrich, a local yoga instructor and owner who has been leading yoga classes and events in our community for over 15 years. Nora is committed to supporting individuals with stress management and providing a space to reconnect with our own bodies and minds.
