Yoga, Breathwork & Tea blending workshop

Join me, in person for a 2 hour workshop at the beautiful SOMA, Wandsworth yoga studio, . Beginning with a 75 minute combined yoga and breathwork session, we will explore ancient yogic techniques that calm and regulate our nervous systems. Through breath control and yoga postures we begin to find our centre, our place of energised calm. Movement will be flowing with gentle variations offered for all levels of fitness and experience.

After exploring our bodies and breath, we embark on a journey with the plants. You'll be invited to explore a variety of different herbs and from them, blend your own bespoke tea to take away with you. A short talk will be given to begin, introducing you to the herbs, their properties, energetics and healing offerings and then, with guidance if needed, you will be given time to taste, explore and formulate your mix.

Closing with a gentle meditation to invoke gratitude deep within, we will part company energised, peaceful and present.

Yoga mats & props, cushions & everything required for the tea blending will be provided. Just bring yourself!
