YOGA, BREATHWORK & SOUND - A Day Retreat at The historic Town Hall Stratford-upon-Avon with Joey Miles, Craig Seaton & Nigel Meadows

9am to 11am - Morning practise with Joey Miles will open with Zen meditation, followed by the Opening Chant and a lead practice around the Ashtanga Primary series.

11am to 11.30am - Short break - teas, coffees, fruit and snacks available

11.30am to 1.30pm - Joey will teach a workshop with standing postures and maybe some resorative yoga

1.30pm to 3pm - Lunch break - explore the numerous cafes in the beautiful town of Stratford upon Avon, bring or buy your own lunch, many supermarkets and cafes.

3pm to 5pm/5.30pm - Concious Breathwork and Sound Bath with Craig Seaton and Nigel Meadows from "We are Breath of life" This is a relaxing and transformational practice which can bring about healing and calming.

Please bring water, Pillow, blanket, yoga block, yoga belt, lunch. And most of all an open heart and mind.
