Join me for a 75minutes creative flowing vinyasa practice followed by a delicious smoothie bowl with all the toppings - all vegan, homemade & healthy. A perfect way to start your weekend.
Upon arrival you will receive a freshly made juice, to fire you up for an hours flowing Vinyasa styled yoga class (suitable for all levels) followed by a delicious homemade vegan, healthy, beautiful, smoothie bowl - choice of peanut or chocolate (cacao). With all the toppings (including my homemade buckwheat granola) to make yours beautiful or just throw it together!
Everything will be freshly made, vegan, refined sugar free, and not containing any gluten ingredients.
The class will be fun and physical flowing through postures designed for conditioning, toning, and concentration. With an emphasis throughout on the connection of movement with the breath. Covering pranayama (breath work), meditation and asana (physical poses). Toning your entire body and cleansing your soul. This class will transform you on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Spaces are limited and you will need to book in advance. Please bring your own equipment eg. mat & block, I will have spare mats if you don't have one.
