Join Gray and Rusty for this 8 week series for beginners to yoga. No experience needed!Yoga can be a lifechanging journey and this series will give you a strong foundation for a lifelong practice. You will be in a community of peers under the guidance of supportive teachers as you start your yoga practice.
Dates: Every Thursday 1/8/26 - 2/26/26 at 6:30pm
