Whether you are new to yoga or just want a good workout, you will love this yoga boot camp class! Join us for a mix of yoga sequencing (vinyasa flow), body-weight exercises (squats, planks, lunges) and cardio.
This hour-long class promotes the DMC fundraising effort to support our center!
Please bring a yoga mat and water. There are a few community yoga mats you may borrow, but it is first-come-first-served.
$20 dollars per person $30 per pair
DMC leaders are thrilled to have Andi Sotirin, our noon Zen-To-Go meditation facilitator on Thursdays, and long-time Corepower yoga instructor, and most importantly, such an uplifting and loving soul offer a yoga class for our community members.
