Join us for our First Yoga + Book Club to promote healthy bodies and minds as well as supporting Local/LGBTQ+/BIPOC authors.This Month we are Featuring Local Milwaukee Author Mikey Cody Apollo and their book *Opposite Of A Suicide Note*
Yoga + Book Club Format: Book Included!
1. Pick Up your copy of the book at our Bay View Studio as soon as possible so you can read it before discussion date 10/18/24. Please contact MKE Yoga Social Manager Baobi Noel for any assistance picking up your copy of the book.
2. Come to Class Yoga Ready! The first 45min will be book discussion with each other and the author + Tea.
3. The last 45min will be a gentle yin/flow reflection yoga sequence to help you relax before heading home.
ALL-LEVELS.
Suitable for beginners.
TEMPERATURE: Room heated to 70°
A water bottle is recommended.
Plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the start of class.

CANCELATION POLICY:
At least 4 hours notice is required for cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be applied to cancelations outside the 4-hour window.
