Start the new year with movement, mindfulness, and a magical story! Join us for our January Yoga + Book Club — a perfect blend of relaxation, intentional connection, and meaningful conversation.

We’ll kick off the evening with a calming 45-minute yoga flow to unwind and reset, guided by the amazing Mia, 200 Hour RYT. After class, we’ll settle in for a lively discussion of The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner — a captivating novel filled with mystery, empowerment, and the strength of women’s stories across generations.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, an avid reader, or simply looking for a cozy night with a great community, this event is the perfect way to nourish both body and mind. Come connect, breathe, and chat with fellow book lovers!
