💞 Yoga Besties Workshop 💞Because friendship grows when we move, breathe and connect together.
Friendships in childhood shape confidence, belonging and emotional wellbeing. This heart-led workshop invites girls aged 7–12 years to attend with their bestie (or a small friendship group) for a beautiful afternoon of movement, connection and fun. ✨
Together, the girls will enjoy:
🌿 Partner yoga & playful movement to build trust, cooperation and confidence
🌿 Conscious breathing to support emotional regulation, focus and present-moment awareness
🌿 Mindful games & creative activities that celebrate friendship and self-expression
🌿 Rest & relaxation in a safe, nurturing, trauma-sensitive space
This workshop gently supports:
• Healthy and nourishing friendships and authentic communication
• Nervous system regulation
• Self-esteem, empathy and emotional awareness
• Deep connection – with self and others
