💞 Yoga Besties Workshop 💞
Friendship is one of the most beautiful gifts of childhood – and just like our bodies and minds, it grows stronger when we nurture it. 🌸✨
This workshop is designed especially for girls aged 7–12 years to share with their bestie (or a small group of friends). Together they’ll explore:
🌿 Partner yoga + movement to build trust and teamwork
🌿 Focused breathing + meditation to support calm and connection
🌿 Mindful craft + games that celebrate friendship
🌿 Relaxation time to simply be together in a safe, supportive space
Through these practices, girls will learn how to support each other, communicate with kindness, and strengthen their bond - while having plenty of fun along the way! 👯‍♀️💫
