This Yoga Basics for Beginners class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance—no prior experience required! Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this active class will give you the tools you need to feel confident on your mat.
What to Expect:

Shawna Z is the founder of the Wine & Yoga Club, a community that helps health-minded women connect, socialize, and build lifelong friendships through yoga and wellness.
Her teaching style is fun, engaging, and educational, making yoga feel approachable and empowering—especially for beginners. If you’ve ever felt like you weren’t “flexible enough” or “strong enough” for yoga, this class is the perfect place to start.
