September is Yoga Awareness Month, and I’m inviting you into the garden of practice with a special 4-class series designed to open curiosity and connection. Each week, you’ll explore a different style of yoga — Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Meditation — a journey through movement, stillness, rest, and sound.
The heart of this series is awareness: discovering how yoga can meet you in different ways, whether it’s through gentle strength, quiet release, deep rest, or vibrational harmony. By the end, you’ll carry not just a taste of these practices, but a deeper sense of how they can support you in daily life.
