Every SUNDAY and the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month
Our classes are guided by Sharon MacGregor, founder of Serenity Farm, a 26-acre yoga retreat center, and a beloved member of our community. Sharon often invites area yoga teachers to teach some classes. This provides a diverse and enriching experience for our participants. Expect attentive instructors who cater to all skill levels, ensuring an enjoyable and inclusive practice. 🙏💫
Saturday - Feel Good Yoga (Beginner-Friendly) 🌞:
Perfect for those new to yoga, this class focuses on building a strong foundation, boosting confidence, and, most importantly, having fun while you learn. Dive into the fundamentals and discover the joys of yoga in a welcoming environment. 🌟
Sunday - Slow Flow (Beginner-Friendly) 🌤️:
Our Sunday class invites you to move with intention, emphasizing breath awareness and confident mat navigation. Classes are primarily held indoors, but when the weather permits, we venture outdoors to embrace the beauty of nature while practicing. 🍃🌼
After Class Delights 🍽️:
After your invigorating yoga session, you're invited to stay for food trucks 🚚, refreshments ☕, corn-hole, Farmers Market and a sense of community. Take in the incredible views, savor delicious treats, and connect with friends and loved ones at Zinc House. 🍔🥂
