Yoga at VARHA

Join us for a meaningful evening of movement, connection, and community support at Yoga at VARHA.
This outdoor yoga class will take place at the VARHA pavilion, overlooking the peaceful barn and pastures as therapy horses are introduced. You’ll be guided through a grounding, all-levels flow designed to help you slow down, connect to your breath, and fully take in the experience around you.
To close the evening, Savasana will include a soundbath with singing bowls led by Crystal, creating a deeply calming and immersive finish.
This class is more than just movement. 100% of proceeds go directly to VARHA, a nonprofit organization providing equine-assisted therapy for children and adults, helping build confidence, develop life skills, and support emotional healing. Your participation directly supports their ability to continue offering these impactful services to our community.
