Yoga at TMC Helix Park

Join us for a rejuvenating pop-up yoga class at TMC Helix Park! Casey John Fry, Director of Yoga at TruFusion Post Oak, leads a free 45-minute vin/yin style class. Casey has over 6 years of experience and is the king of inversions and breathwork. He will guide you through a mindful moment of practice that will leave you feeling grounded and ready to conquer the rest of your week!

Blocks will be provided to assist with modifications and progressions. Please bring water, a towel, and a mat. Snacks and water will be available for participants to refuel on after the workout.

Donations will be accepted during the time of the event and will be available for you and your guests. All proceeds benefit the Texas Medical Center Foundation.

Please park in the surface-level lot located at 1885 Old Spanish Trail, Houston, Texas 77030. Use code "TMC3" to validate 2 hours of parking. Once you are in the parks, go to the south park near the soccer field.
