Yoga at the Urban League

The Greater Sacramento Urban League is pleased to offer FREE Yoga classes to the community. Join us Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. at our Oak Park location. This class is offers the opportunity for self-reflection, controlled breathing, deep relaxation, and growth through meditation.

Classes will be held Wednesday, November 9th - Wednesday, December 21st. Be sure to arrive early! All are welcome.

NOTE: Free COVID-19 test kits, masks, hand sanitizer and vaccination information and resources will available to those that attend. Yoga mats, water and healthy snacks will also be provided.
