Start your Friday morning with movement, mindfulness, and community! Join us at the seed. Coffee + Juice Bar, Fort Lauderdale’s newest spot for wellness and connection on Saturday, November 8th at 7:30 AM.

We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow designed to energize your body and calm your mind, followed by a coffee social to connect with fellow yogis. Bring your mat, a friend, and your good vibes as we kick off the weekend together!

• A guided, all-levels yoga class outdoors with a beautiful intercostal view
• A refreshing cold towel in savasana
• Delicious drinks and food available for purchase from the seed.
