In collaboration with West Asheville Yoga join us at the Museum’s rooftop terrace for a unique Creative Flow experience that combines the beauty of art with the power of mindful movement. All-levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat. Loose-fitting clothing is recommended. In the event of inclement weather, it will be held inside at the Museum’s Atrium.

Location: The Asheville Art Museum
Saturday, 9:30-10:30am June 29,2024
Inclusions: Your class pass not only grants you access to the yoga session but also allows you to explore the museum at your leisure after 11am. Between 10:30 – 11:00 am the museum’s perspective café will be open for coffee, tea, and pastries.
Participant Level: All-levels welcome, making it an inclusive and inviting environment for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat.
Attire: Loose-fitting clothing is recommended, ensuring ease of movement as you flow through your practice.
