Yoga at the Park

Hey, it's Sovy Joyner and I am so excited to offer this All Levels Yoga at Rock Springs Park from 5-6 pm on April 22, 2023 (Earth Day). It will be a donation based class all proceeds going to Atlanta Youth Soccer Foundation https://atlantayouthsoccer.org. Any amount is appreciated and be sent to Cashapp $KSAU15 and of course cash or check are always welcome.

A bit of background on myself: I have been a student of yoga for over a decade and love it very much. I am certified to teach yoga by Asheville Yoga Center 200hr, The Alchemy of Yoga with Elizabeth Rowan 100hr, Power Yoga with Bryan Kest, Therapeutic Yoga with Doug Keller, Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark, Restorative Yoga with Kimberley Puryear, Yoga Nidra with Stasia Bliss, and Reiki Level 1.
