Welcome to Yoga at the Park! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation in the great outdoors. Our event kicks off on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Chesapeake City Park. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is open to all levels. Bring your mat, water bottle, and positive energy as we flow through a series of poses surrounded by nature. Connect with your breath, find your center, and unwind from the stresses of the day.
