Yoga at The Library celebrates the ebb and flow of life through meditation, movement, and mindful reading. Resolve to move. Your Fulco Library Card is your pathway to physical literacy!

Join us for a heart-opening hour of improved mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Enjoy a balance of culture and care as we practice breathwork and restorative yoga guided by Alyssa Love.

Bring Your Own Mat or borrow one from the SEB Yoga Library or borrow one courtesy of The Friends of Louise Watley Library and LYS Sports Recovery.
