Immerse yourself in a restorative mindfulness experience. Join certified instructor Felecia Bryant for a nature-based yoga session. Suitable for all-levels, these sessions are designed to help you slow down and reconnect to your true nature, surrounded by the beauty of the Oakland Nature Preserve.

Please allow an extra few minutes to allow yourself time to walk the 2/3 of a mile to the lake for class. Be sure to bring a mat and water. Yoga begins at 9am at the lakefront pavilion.
