Join yoga instructors from Mindful School of Yoga for this Saturday summer series at The Highlands! These outdoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and meditation in a gorgeous natural setting. Classes are outdoors so prepare for the weather (water bottle, sunscreen, layers etc.). You must bring your own yoga mat. We also suggest bringing a beach towel or blanket to lay your mat upon. No previous experience necessary!Pre-registration is required. Online registration will remain open until 9:30am the day of each class.
Park in the lot at The Highlands (2715 Leonard St NW) and follow the “special event” signs. There is an easy, 5 min hike to the yoga site. Carpool or take the bus (Line 7) to conserve energy and protect the planet!!
This program is recommended for ages 13 and up, but younger children may attend if they are registered and supervised by a registered adult.
Pricing:
Member Adult or Child: $10.40
Non-Member Adult or Child: $13
2 and Under: Free (registration still required)
Please Note: In case of rain or inclement weather, classes will be canceled and your registration will be moved to the next available date. No refunds will be given. Registration is open until 9:30am the day of each class. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Registrants will be notified via email if a class will be canceled due to severe weather or low enrollment.
