Led by an engaging instructor, this beginner-friendly class combines the ever-evolving body of KWAG's Collection with a series of warming movements, offering space to connect to your body and breath. You’ll practice yoga alongside a specially selected artwork from the Gallery's Permanent Collection and close the session with a short period of rest, relaxation and tea. KWAG’s exhibitions will be open to participants to visit before and after the class.Please bring your own mat to the session. Beginners are welcome. This event is offered in partnership between the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery and The Branches, with all proceeds benefiting the Gallery. Register in advance to reserve your spot.
