Join me at Colebrooke Village Hall for a friendly community yoga class designed to support both body and mind. Together we’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and explore mindful breathing and meditation to bring greater calm and clarity into everyday life.
Yoga helps us release stress, increase body awareness, and find a centered focus—making it a beautiful practice for anyone wanting to feel more balanced, resilient, and well.
With over 25 years of teaching experience I welcome both beginners and experienced students.
Thursdays from 6pm to 7.30pm
£10 per class or £45 for 5 sessions
