Find a new level of relaxation during this Yoga and Sound Healing session next to The Finley River at The Chapel. Leslie Smith, an ERYT200, and Certified Sound Healer, Robin Lee team up to host this hour and 15 minute long, all-ages class.
While you stretch and flow on your yoga mat, gentle sound frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will fill the air, helping to relieve stress and tension, while The Finley flows in the background.
All attendees will receive a card to receive a complimentary house coffee or tea to be redeemed at The Workshop. Be sure to bring your own mat, water bottle and a blanket for support or warmth, if needed.
