Yoga at Sparkleberry

Immerse yourself in the therapy of yoga, sound, and touch. Come as you are, decompress from your week, and join us as we spend time with our community.

The energy of the week will inspire our time together.

Evening Flow:

• 6-6:30 pm: Arrive and enjoy some tea.
• 6:30-7:45 pm: Yoga, Movement and Sound.
• 7:45-8:30: Optional sauna in wood barrel deck sauna.

Please register in advance and bring your own yoga mat. We will email you the address 24 hours before the event.
