How are the summer holidays going for you?

I’m inviting you to reset and restore your energy with three stand alone yoga classes at Napton Village Hall
40 minutes of mindful movement to enhance energy flow, promote healthy balance and encourage mobility followed by a 20 minute yoga nidra to invite deep relaxation to the body and the mind.
Spaces on these classes are limited due to the number of silent disco headsets available so if you’d love to come along just drop me a message letting me know which classes you’d like to attend and I’ll send you payment details.
