Take your practice outdoors and join us in person, as we flow to the sounds of nature. All levels. Meets at Moon Valley Park, behind St. Paul's Church's back wall. Bring your own mat, props, and plenty of water. Donation based, pay what you can, before or after class.(Cash/Venmo/Zelle accepted)
*NOTE If there are no registered participants, or no one shows, I'l only wait 10 minutes after the start of class before I leave. Please check individual dates and register so I know you're coming! Please email me if you need anything at all!
