Yoga at House & Barn

Sarah Shea is back at House and Barn - and for all year long! Now that it's getting nicer out, there is a good chance yoga will be held outdoors. If it's still rainy, we'll go back to being snuggled inside their beautifully rustic Barn.

What will you do? Sarah will lead everyone in a relaxing yoga class meant for any and all levels. Your price includes any drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) on the menu, but most of us opt for Moscow Mules! We'll sip and mingle before diving into various postures and meditations. And yes, Sarah incorporates the drinking into the class itself! We're all here to have fun and relax, so remember to leave your inhibitions at the door. Please bring your own yoga mat, and if you'd like to be extra comfy, bring a small blanket!
