No signup is necessary! This class is accessible and open to all ages and abilities. Just bring a mat or towel.
If you're able, we will be collecting donations for our partnership with @friends.cares. We are thrilled to be entering into a second year of supplying the residents of the Friends Association Emergency Shelter with fresh, local produce. This year we are providing 7 half share memberships. Each dollar raised to fund these shares will be matched by an amazing donor!
