Join me for a 45 minute gentle creative yoga flow during the Flamingo Flea! Come for some movement, breath, and meditation!
About this Event

Come enjoy a little yoga movement, some breath, and meditation under the Saturday sun! A great way to start your weekend vibes. Then trail the Flamingo Flea Market and leave not only with a little bit of peace in the heart, but also with some goodies for your friends, family, fur-babies, and yourself! An all around good time. There will be Craft beer, vendors, brunch and live music to keep all palettes in mind!

Class information:

12:30 PM - 1:15PM Gentle vinyasa flow (45 mins)

This is a donation base adventure! $15 suggested. Thank you!

What to bring:

your own mat & towel
water bottle
props if you need them
