I wanted to share this with my lovely mama bears first.. this Sunday is ECA’s first coed yoga class - and we will continue this class to occur the first Sunday of each month, at 10am! If it is popular we will make it a weekly class - and possibly add a few more yoga classes �
The first 10 people to get to class on Sunday will receive a $20 gift card to Sunny Side Kitchen !
All are welcome and discounted memberships will be available - but there is no obligation to join the gym. Just stop in and practice with us!!
