Pre-registration is required. Online registration will remain open until 8:30am the day of each class. There is no waitlist for this program once it is sold out.Join yoga instructors from Mindful School of Yoga for this cool season series at Blandford! These indoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and meditation in one our Visitor Center rooms with a woodland view. You must bring your own yoga mat. We also suggest bringing a beach towel or blanket to lay your mat upon. No previous experience necessary!
1715 Hillburn Ave NW. Stop in at the May Jane Dockeray Visitor Center for room location. Carpool or take the bus (Line 7) to conserve energy and protect the planet!!
This program is recommended for ages 13 and up, but younger children may attend if they are registered and supervised by a registered adult.
