Yoga & The Nervous System

This workshop which is led by Dr. Sarah Cavrak helps both teachers and students understand how yoga can support anxiety, burnout, and nervous system resilience through the lenses of psychology, neuroscience, and physiology. As burnout, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation continue to rise, more students are coming to the mat not just for fitness, but for healing. This training equips teachers with the tools to support their students skillfully and safely, while empowering students with practical techniques to care for themselves.
