What if the answers to your most pressing questions about the mind, consciousness, and how to live well — have already been answered?
About this Event

Thousands of years ago, a tradition emerged that mapped the human mind with extraordinary precision. It explained suffering, desire, purpose, energy, and consciousness in ways that modern psychology is only beginning to catch up with.

That tradition is yoga. Not the poses. The philosophy behind them.

This conference is for you if:

— You practice yoga and sense there is something far deeper you have not reached yet

— You are fascinated by the mind, consciousness, and how human beings actually work

— You work in therapy, coaching, leadership or mental health and want ancient tools that complement modern approaches — You have questions about purpose, energy, suffering and awareness that no self-help book has fully answered

— You are simply curious about what Indian wisdom traditions actually say about life

No yoga experience required. An open mind is enough.

PROGRAMME

Saturday August 22

09:00 – 10:15 · Hatha Yoga and Pranayama · Jennifer
An embodied opening to prepare the body and breath for two days of deep immersion.

10:30 – 13:00 · The Origin and Philosophy of Yoga · Shivendra
Where did yoga come from? What does it actually teach? This session goes back to the source — the texts, the lineages, and the understanding of the human being that underpins the entire tradition.

13:00 – 14:15 · Lunch break and networking

14:30 – 17:00 · Tantra, Kundalini and Chakras · Shivendra
Tantra is one of the most misunderstood frameworks in Indian philosophy. This session unpacks what it actually means — the map of energy, the chakra system, and Kundalini as a living force in the body and mind.

17:15 · Closing circle

Sunday August 23

09:00 – 11:45 · Yoga and Happiness · Shivendra
What does the yoga tradition say about suffering, desire, and the nature of happiness? This session addresses the questions that bring most people to the practice — and offers answers that go far beyond what most Western yoga classes provide.

12:00 – 12:45 · Indian Classical Astrology · Shivendra
An introduction to the cosmic framework behind Indian wisdom — how Vedic astrology maps the relationship between consciousness, time, and the individual.

12:45 – 14:15 · Lunch break and networking

14:30 – 15:15 · Yoga Nidra · Jennifer
A guided practice of conscious deep rest to integrate everything experienced over the two days.

15:30 · Q&A and closing circle

All sessions are interactive. Questions welcomed throughout.
