About this Event

Join the Austin community for this special Yoga & Strings: Winter Nights edition of this offering. As winter draws near and brings us into an internal time of restoration and reflection, may we honor the deep wisdom this season has to offer through the practice and teachings of music and yoga.

You will move through a 75 minute restorative vinyasa yoga sequence by Emily Brennan 500 E-RYT while listening to live instrumentation on guitar and violin by local legend Will Taylor.
