Yoga and Sound Healing Workshop w/ Marissa and Gabriel

This Hatha-Raja yoga flow led by Marissa will get you out of your head and into your body. Expect to move through a series of traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques while being serenaded by live musician, Gabriel "Aum" Jiménez. Different pose variations will be offered to meet you at your personal level and gently challenge you.
After about an hour of movement, you'll be ready to drop into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by Gabriel's entrancing Sound Healing. You'll leave this workshop floating on clouds!
Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind�
