Mission Meghna & Star Sound Baths present an immersive 75-minute evening of gentle Hatha yoga postures, breathwork, and sound bath meditation to calm your mind, relax your body, and nurture your spirit as we transition into Fall.

Led by Shebani Kulkarni
Certified Yoga Instructor (YCB Government of India), Certified Life Coach, Founder of Mission Meghna and Co-founder of The Matrix Club (matrixvenue.com)

Marilyn will immerse you in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments, creating a deeply restorative state of relaxation, connection, and renewal.
