Yoga & Sound Bath Outdoors in Manhattan Beach, at Bruce’s Beach Park

I am hosting a peaceful healing session located outdoors in nature on the beautiful landscape of Bruce’s Beach Park. During our Manhattan Beach Sound bath and yoga class My intention is to lead you through a calming flow that consists of gentle poses and breathing exercises while enjoying Los Angeles beach sunshine. Free yourself I’m this Los Angeles spiritual activity perfect for individuals, couples, family or teams. During our time together we will release anxiety, doubts, limiting beliefs and let go of tension.

Don’t worry if you are new to yoga/or breathwork as this is a light begginner friendly yoga flow. I focus on breathing not flexibility. You will leave feeling revitalized, grounded and equipped to manifest your wildest dreams.

During my sound healing I will be playing 432hz perfect pitch crystal sound bowls tuned to the chakras, a rain stick, ocean and ritual drums, a gong, bells, and various chimes to help induce relaxation and create a deep meditative state.

There will also be a guided meditation and affirmation chanting.

To find our meeting location:

We are meeting at Bruce’s Beach

Park. Located at 26th Street and Highland Avenue. The park is on a slope overlooking the ocean and includes rolling grassy terraces with benches and small trees. It is located a few blocks from the beach, between 26th and 27th Street, and runs west from Highland Avenue to Manhattan Avenue will be meeting in the grassy area of the park. We will be meeting In the shaded nook second level from the Main Street, to the left when facing the ocean.

For parking:

Make a right on highland Ave and drive down to ocean st and 26th and park in the public parking lot of meter parking located on the rear of the Fire Department of the Life Guard Division building.

If you plan on ubering or lyfting you can give your driver the following address: 2600 the Strand Manhattan Beach , CA and he will drop you off at the Life Guard Division Building
