Yoga & Sound Bath At The Farmers Market

The Fontana Farmers Market is home to many local small businesses from food, crafts and everything in between plus you can get all your fresh and organic produce from our local farmers! The market happens every Sunday from 10am-3pm at Fontana Park. This beautiful park is great to bring the whole family, come ride the train, play at the park and take your dog for a walk!

At the Fontana Farmers Market, we strive to build up our community especially when it comes to health and wellness. Now introducing a new and accessible event at the market! Our donation based yoga & sound bath led by Kayla, a vendor at the market as well (@GemineyeGemShop)

The yoga will be a very gentle stretch to help release tension and relax the body before going into the sound bath. A sound bath is a relaxation meditation implementing the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz and the notes of the chakras, as well as the soothing sounds of ocean waves, rain, chimes & the beautiful sounds of nature.

The weather this Sunday will be wonderful! Dress comfy and bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel to lay on, as well as water, a pillow, blanket or anything you may want to get comfortable to lay in the grass.

This is a donation based event so pay what you can, if you can, no pressure! Just come on out. We hope to see you there!
