Yoga & Sound Bath: A Grounding Morning Practice

Join me for a nourishing 1-hour session combining yoga and a relaxing sound bath to start your day with calm and clarity.

We’ll begin with 30 -40 minutes of mindful movement to stretch, awaken the body, and connect to the breath—followed by 20-30 minutes of immersive sound healing to soothe the nervous system and guide you into deep rest.

This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable during the sound bath .
