Join me for a fun & energizing yoga flow set to the rhythms of Soca, Calypso, & Afrobeats... with a mini dance session at the end of class!
About this Event

Embrace the spirit of Carnival as we flow through an intentional & dedicated yoga asana sequence to open the body & hips, welcoming the Carnival season ahead. Expect plenty bacchanal & soca in this mindful, expansive, & energizing session!

You will receive the Google Meet link for class in your confirmation e-mail once you complete your registration.

Class has limited space to ensure an intentional setting. Registration closes 24 hours before class time. Please register in advance.

Be sure to join 5-10 minutes early to test your audio & video. Please have anything you may need to make your practice comfortable nearby - yoga mat, blanket, yoga blocks, bolsters, water, etc.
