Yoga & Sitar Serenade

A Journey of Movement, Breath, and Sacred Sound
Immerse yourself in a heart-opening experience where gentle, mindful yoga meets the meditative magic of live sitar music. This unique session invites you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and be serenaded by the soothing sounds of Indian Classical ragas.
Led by Lynn Geddes Wolling and accompanied by a live sitar performed by Jimmy Wolling of Strings of the Heart. This sound session blends inner stillness and musical resonance to relax the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit.
